- 2 eggs

Instructions:

2. Add the halloumi slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.


3. In the same skillet, fry or poach the eggs to your desired doneness.
