3. Add the sliced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.


4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and baby spinach leaves. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes are heated through.


5. Add the cooked tagliatelle pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to combine with the vegetables. If the pasta seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta cooking water to moisten.


6. Season the Tagliatelle Munch with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.


7. Divide the Tagliatelle Munch among serving plates. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
