Instructions:

1. Boil water in a kettle or pot. Bring the water to a rolling boil.

2. Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose Rooibos tea leaves into a teapot or a cup. If you're using a tea bag, simply place it directly into the cup.

3. Once the water has boiled, pour it over the Rooibos tea leaves or tea bag.

4. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Steeping time can be adjusted according to personal preference.

5. After steeping, remove the tea leaves or tea bag from the teapot or cup.

6. If desired, you can add sweeteners such as honey or sugar, as well as milk or lemon, to taste.

7. Stir the tea well and enjoy your delicious and soothing cup of Rooibos tea!
